Project - Dunkin'

Washington Avenue; Maryville, TN; Tenant - Dunkin' Donuts; Retrofit of an early 1900's, abandoned, brick structure. Structurally re-engineered with an addition of a kitchen to the rear; preserved original tile work and base structure; including entryway and fireplace - chimney for an installed working fireplace. Removed second floor for exposed ceiling and mechanical structures. This development project was held and not placed on the market.
