Mrs.Annie J Turner

Annie began crafting her negotiating skills in the CRE industry serving as a Property Manager and Leasing Specialist in 2000 with Dominion Real Estate Services, a multi-state commercial development brokerage firm. Hands-on in the commercial development process from start to finish gave her experience with initial inquiries, marketing, contract negotiations, and management of the development process from imagination to successful completion. Annie transitioned to residential brokerage in 2013, where she quickly became a multi-million dollar producer, a “Top 25 Agent”, and the recipient of the Silver Award of Excellence from the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors.
Annie’s vast referral business is evidenced through her trusting and lasting relationships with her clients. Her professionalism, combined with the attention on her clients' priorities, interests, and concerns, is the foundation for her achieving successful closings and has uniquely distinguished her throughout her real estate career.  Annie thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a cool hand to Graystan's brokerage endeavors.


Moving to Knoxville from Shreveport, Louisiana, Annie attended college at the University of Tennessee and earned her degree in Art History. She remained in Knoxville after meeting her future husband; they were married in 2001. Today, Annie and her husband live and work in West Knoxville. Their daughter is attending Hillsdale College and their son will be attending the University of Mississippi in the upcoming fall.

What is one of your proudest moments?

I have several, but one of my proudest would be earning and receiving my college degree.

What's an amazing location that you have visited?

Cairo, Egypt - The Great Pyramids of Giza with my husband.

What did you want to be when you were a child?

An archeologist. (Still do).
